INTRODUCTION
This was an interdisciplinary team project which took place over the course of 6 months. Our team was tasked with coming up with a cost-effective and reliable solution to diagnose concussions in athletes. The team consisted of industrial designers, software engineers, scientists, and people specializing in business administration. We started by conducting a business situation analysis. This was followed up by initiating product development and concluded with presenting a go-to-market launch strategy along with product demo.
